24 July 2009 Open Letter on Establishment of the International Association of Certified Russian Language Translators

We are currently holding an open consultation on establishing the International Association of Certified Russian Language Translators (for those who work with the Russian language as a part of their translation pairs whether as a freelancer or a member of staff). Russian Services as a company is a one of the founding members of the association above, others being professionals from the US, Russia and other countries.

16 March 2009 Professional membership and recognition by the Institute of Translation and Interpreting (ITI member)

Our professional qualifications and expertise in translation and interpreting field have now been recognised by a leading professional institution - ITI UK (Institute of Translation and Interpreting). This means that some of our full-time staff have been assessed, approved and accepted in the capacity of a member (or associate) of the Institute. Thus the membership number assigned by ITI to our Chief Translator will now be shown on all certified Russian translation provided by Russian Services Ltd.

Membership of ITI UK accords us further credentials in the field of professional English and Russian translation and impose rigorous standards for the services we provide. At the same time, we will remain the experts dedicated to continuous professional education and development.

Russian Services has been chosen to assist organisers of Land Rover G4 Challenge project.

The Land Rover G4 Challenge is a global adventure competition with off road driving at its core. It is the journey of a lifetime, a thrill seeker’s dream and a real test of body and mind – and it is run to support the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies.

The 18-month programme begins with competitor recruitment in each of the 18 participating nations (including Russia) and culminates in a thrilling three-week off-road driving and multi-sport adventure in the wilds of remote Asia.
