2/ After this please open Russian TV software again (with orange TV icon). Please note, you do not need to start VLC Media Player (it will launch itself later). Then select settings tab and find the box which is called “player path”. Then using browsing button next to that box find VLC Media Player in the list of applications installed on your Mac and click on it so that the path to VLC Media Player becomes shown in “player path” box (in settings dialogue for Russian TV software).

Then save it and try to start any Russian TV channel. If the instructions above have been followed correctly, then VLC Media Player will start and show the Russian TV channel that you selected in a second window. Remember that you can make it full-screen.

Q: Is there a cooling-off period?

Yes, we have a very flexible approach as there is no contract imposed on you. First, you need to appreciate that you are buying from an established UK company and you are buying online. Thus, under Distance Selling Regulations you have 7 days cooling-off period to cancel your purchase and return your media player. We will refund full purchase price less any postage paid.
